Sanding Sheet, Universal, P80, Water Proof

Universal P80 Waterproof Sanding Sheet, also known as Regmar or emery paper, is a professional-grade coarse abrasive sheet designed for heavy-duty surface preparation, leveling, rust removal, and paint stripping applications. Manufactured with high-density silicon carbide abrasive grains, it provides fast and consistent cutting performance by continuously exposing fresh sharp edges during use. The durable waterproof backing allows both wet and dry sanding methods, providing flexibility for different surface preparation requirements while reducing clogging and improving sanding efficiency. Its coarse P80 grit structure is ideal for aggressive material removal, smoothing uneven surfaces, removing old coatings, and preparing substrates for new paint systems. The strong industrial-grade sheet can be easily cut or folded for use with hand sanding blocks and detailed surface work. Suitable for a variety of applications, it effectively levels dried wall putty, smooths rough plaster surfaces, removes rust and old paint from metal structures, and prepares wood by eliminating rough grain, imperfections, and previous coatings before applying primers, sealers, or finishing layers. It is a reliable choice for professional painters, contractors, and DIY users requiring efficient and durable surface preparation.
