By accessing and using imaarat.com, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

A. Core Construction Materials & Pricing

  • Price Volatility: Prices of core materials like steel (sariya), cement, bricks (eent), and sand (reti) fluctuate daily based on market rates in Pakistan. Prices locked at the time of order confirmation and advance payment will be honored.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain bulk items (e.g., sand dumpers, brick trolleys) have specific minimum order requirements which will be highlighted before checkout.

B. Payment Terms

  • Standard Orders: Full payment via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

  • Bulk/Heavy Orders: For bulk materials, a minimum of 50% advance payment via bank transfer is required to dispatch the vehicle. The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately upon offloading at the site.

C. Delivery & Site Accessibility

  • The customer must ensure that the delivery site (in Lahore or other operational areas) is accessible for heavy vehicles (dumpers, trucks, Mazdas).

  • If a vehicle is turned back due to narrow streets, local restrictions (e.g., No-Entry timings in Lahore), or lack of space, the customer will bear the two-way transportation cost.

  • Unloading labor (Mazdoor) is the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in the order.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Light Items: Can be canceled anytime before shipment.

  • Bulk/Heavy Items: Orders cannot be canceled once the transport vehicle has been loaded and dispatched from our yard/source market. If canceled mid-way, the customer is liable to pay the full logistics charges.
