  • Business Information (For Contractors/Builders): Company name, NTN (National Tax Number), and business registration details if applying for corporate accounts.

  • Transaction Data: Details about products you searched for, quotes requested, and orders placed.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies to optimize Shopify browsing experience.

B. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders to your specific construction sites in Lahore/Pakistan.

  • To coordinate with third-party logistics (local dumper/loader drivers, Mazda networks, and courier services).

  • To send order updates, invoices, and promotional offers via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

C. Data Sharing & Security

  • We do not sell your data. We only share your name, phone number, and site address with our verified logistics partners and drivers to ensure accurate delivery.

  • Financial data (Bank transfers/Card details) is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

By accessing and using imaarat.com, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

A. Core Construction Materials & Pricing

  • Price Volatility: Prices of core materials like steel (sariya), cement, bricks (eent), and sand (reti) fluctuate daily based on market rates in Pakistan. Prices locked at the time of order confirmation and advance payment will be honored.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain bulk items (e.g., sand dumpers, brick trolleys) have specific minimum order requirements which will be highlighted before checkout.

B. Payment Terms

  • Standard Orders: Full payment via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

  • Bulk/Heavy Orders: For bulk materials, a minimum of 50% advance payment via bank transfer is required to dispatch the vehicle. The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately upon offloading at the site.

C. Delivery & Site Accessibility

  • The customer must ensure that the delivery site (in Lahore or other operational areas) is accessible for heavy vehicles (dumpers, trucks, Mazdas).

  • If a vehicle is turned back due to narrow streets, local restrictions (e.g., No-Entry timings in Lahore), or lack of space, the customer will bear the two-way transportation cost.

  • Unloading labor (Mazdoor) is the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in the order.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of construction and building materials, our Return and Refund policy is strictly categorized into Returnable and Non-Returnable items.

Finishing & Hardware (Sanitaryware, Pipes, Electrical Components, Lighting, Tiles)

YES (Within 7 Days)

Must be in original, unopened packing, unused, with no scratches or damage.

B. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If you receive broken bricks, torn cement bags, or damaged sanitaryware, you must refuse the delivery immediately at the site or report it to our driver/customer support with photographic proof before the delivery vehicle leaves.

  • Once the vehicle leaves the site and the receiving slip is signed, Imaarat will not be liable for structural damages or shortages.

C. Refund Process

  • For eligible returns (Hardware/Sanitaryware), refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the item at our Lahore warehouse.

  • Shipping/Logistics charges are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Light Items: Can be canceled anytime before shipment.

  • Bulk/Heavy Items: Orders cannot be canceled once the transport vehicle has been loaded and dispatched from our yard/source market. If canceled mid-way, the customer is liable to pay the full logistics charges.
