Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
- A: Our core construction materials (such as Bulk Sand, Bricks, Cement, and Aggregates) are currently available for delivery only within Lahore and its surrounding areas. However, we ship finishing materials, hardware, sanitaryware, lighting, and electrical components nationwide via standard courier networks.
How are delivery charges calculated for heavy construction materials (Sand, Bricks, Crush)?
- A: Delivery charges for bulk/heavy materials are not fixed. They are calculated based on the distance between our supply yards and your specific construction site in Lahore, as well as the type of vehicle required (e.g., Shahzore, Mazda, or Dumper). The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout or quoted directly by our representative.
How do you handle deliveries in areas of Lahore where heavy traffic is restricted during the day?
- A: We strictly comply with Lahore’s local traffic regulations and daytime heavy-vehicle restrictions (No-Entry timings). If your site is located in a restricted residential zone or narrow street, we will coordinate with you to arrange a Night Delivery at your convenience.
Do I need to arrange my own labor for unloading materials at the site?
- A: Bulk sand and crush (bajri) are automatically unloaded via hydraulic dumpers. For bricks and cement, manual unloading labor (mazdoor) is not included in the standard order. If you require unloading assistance, please notify our team during order confirmation so we can arrange labor for you at a nominal extra fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
- A: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Direct Bank Transfers (HBL, Meezan Bank, etc.), and EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
- Please Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for light hardware and finishing items. However, for bulk/heavy materials, a 50% advance payment is required to dispatch the vehicle, and the remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival at the site before offloading.
What should I do if the cement bags are torn or the bricks/sanitaryware arrive damaged?
- A: We maintain strict quality control. When the delivery vehicle arrives at your site, please inspect the material carefully. If you notice any structural damage or shortages, take photos immediately in front of the driver and refuse the delivery. Once the vehicle leaves the site and the receiving slip is signed, claims for damages or shortages cannot be accepted.
Can I get a sample of bricks or sand to check the quality before placing a large order?
- A: Absolutely! For large-scale commercial or residential projects, you are welcome to visit our partner yards/warehouses in Lahore to inspect the material firsthand. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to request a physical sample (where feasible).
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
- A: Hardware and finishing items can be canceled at any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse. For bulk materials (Sand, Bricks, Cement), orders can only be canceled before the vehicle is loaded at our yard. If a vehicle has already been dispatched and is en route, the customer will be liable for the two-way transportation costs.
