Tali (or Shisham) is Pakistan’s most famous local hardwood. It is very heavy, extremely strong, and has a beautiful dark brown color with natural black stripes. Because it is naturally oily, pests like termites and rot cannot damage it. It can be polished to a super shiny finish, making it perfect for main entrance doors and heavy home furniture.
