Elegance Ultraseal - Water Based Interior Primer (Berger)

Berger Elegance Ultraseal Water Based Primer is a premium-quality interior water-based primer specially formulated to resist alkali and moisture present in new plaster surfaces. Its advanced formulation helps fill surface pores, strengthen the base, and improve the coverage and durability of subsequent paint coats. It creates a tough and flexible paint film that provides excellent adhesion and a smooth foundation for finishing paints. Suitable for cement render, concrete, lime plaster, and asbestos cement sheets, it is designed for interior applications where long-lasting performance is required. Before application, surfaces should be dry, clean, and free from grease, dust, and loose material. Berger Elegance Ultraseal Water Based Primer can be applied by thinning with water in a 1:1 ratio for brush application, and two coats are recommended for better results. It dries within approximately one hour and can be recoated after 2–3 hours, providing coverage of around 12–14 square meters per litre per coat depending on surface absorbency. Available in 4L and 16L packaging sizes, it is an ideal choice for creating a strong, smooth, and durable base for interior paint finishes.
