Berger Duxbak Water Repellent

Duxbak is a high-quality clear water repellent specially designed for unpainted masonry surfaces. It provides excellent moisture protection by deeply penetrating into the surface while allowing the material to breathe naturally. This advanced formulation creates an invisible protective barrier that prevents water penetration and helps protect surfaces from dampness and weather-related damage. Duxbak should not be applied over glossy finishes and is ideal for use on porous masonry surfaces where long-lasting water resistance is required. For best results, apply the product during dry weather conditions and allow approximately 16 hours for curing. The surface should remain protected from rain or moisture during this period to ensure maximum effectiveness. Duxbak can be applied by flooding the surface with a wide brush, allowing around 12 inches of run down for proper impregnation, or it can be applied using a conventional spray method at low pressure. It provides coverage of approximately 2–4 square meters per litre per coat, depending on surface porosity. Duxbak is available in 3.64 litre packaging, making it a reliable solution for protecting masonry surfaces against moisture while maintaining their natural appearance.
